It was a FANTASTIC streamlined version of the book, the stuff that they cut out and changed didn’t bother me at all. I felt so emotionally unstable the entire time even though I read it and knew what was going to happen! Stanley Tucci makes the best faces, hands down. Visually it was exactly what the book describes (mad love for the costume/makeup/hair crew).
